Our FREE Contents Valuation Guide will help you calculate the
value of your contents for insurance purposes.
When
arranging your Buildings cover, you will be asked to state the
Rebuild Cost of your property. The Rebuild Cost is the
amount required to rebuild your house with bricks and mortar.
This will normally appear in your mortgage provider's (or other)
survey.
(This is not the same as an Estate Agent's valuation which
assesses the value of a finished building).
